Well, in 2012 I’m going to try and be a better grown up.
I have to start thinking about what I want to do with my life. A few months ago, after I made the animation* for my boyfriend’s sister’s wedding, I took the paper dolls from that animation and put them in a frame to give to them.
Then I thought, ” Hey, these are cool. Why don’t I sell these to people?”
So I’m going to try that out. I made another one for my sister and her husband (the photo above), as another practice run. I’ve done 3 now, and think I’m ready to start selling them online. It does take a while, and I want to stop undercharging for my work, so I hope people understand the price. $300 for a portrait of 2 people.

It could be YOU in that frame! Haha.
*Did I ever upload that animation to tumblr? I thought I did, but I can’t find it in my archive…so here you go:
